Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind, love, and believe in our products. Returns and refunds can be made on unopened, unused products purchased within 30 days of purchase. No refunds or returns may be made on products bought at a discount, pre-order, or products made with a discount code. In addition, opened products, due to health hazards, may not be returned or refunded.

Nourish Well has a great dietitian owner on staff, Lacey Dunn, MS, RD, LD, CPT. If you are not seeing the benefits to using our products, Lacey will happily speak with and suggest any changes or modifications to your diet/lifestyle/supplement regimen. You can contact Lacey or her team through

If you need to make a return on an unopened product, please email us during our business hours 10:00-5:00 Eastern Time Monday-Friday. We will be thrilled to assist you with a refund (though that makes us sad- we want you to love our products!) 

Please be sure to include your order number with your return so we can ensure you get your refund/credit as soon as possible and process your return. All credits and refunds will be processed once we receive your unopened item in our warehouse. It can take up to 2 billing cycles for refunds to show up on your credit card. Please note- all shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders:

Due to international shipping prices, international orders and all orders outside of the USA are not eligible for any returns. 

All International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These may change country to country. International customers are responsible for assuring that each product can be lawfully imported and shipped to your designated country. NourishWell is not responsible for any products seized by customs or responsible for fees associated with custom duties, import taxes, or custom fees. 

Package Theft Notice: 

Refunds & returns can only be given with the return of an unopened product to us. Sadly, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and were stolen. You will need to file a claim and work with the carrier to determine what happened to your package once it has been marked as delivered. We cannot offer refunds for any packages once they have been marked as delivered. 


We do not offer product exchanges.
